Job Title: Procurement Manager - M&E

Location: Euston, London (Office-based with 1 day/week WFH)

Day Rate: -500/day (Inside IR35)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to join a major infrastructure project in Euston. In this role, you will lead the procurement of key mechanical and electrical (M&E) packages through competitive tender routes taking ownership from initial strategy and market engagement through to contract award and ongoing supplier management.

• Procurement Leadership: Lead M&E procurement activity, collaborating closely with project, commercial, and engineering teams to align procurement strategies with project delivery schedules.
• Tender Management: Develop, issue, and manage full ITT documentation (including pre-qualification, tender instructions, contract drafting, pricing schedules, and evaluation criteria).
• Contract Negotiation: Structure and negotiate robust commercial and contractual terms using the NEC3 Contract Suite, delivering on safety, programme, and cost targets.
• Supplier Performance: Oversee supplier relationships and performance management utilising enterprise management systems.
• Governance & Best Practice: Ensure all procurement workflows comply with legal frameworks and corporate governance while driving continuous improvement across processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to maximise value and drive successful project outcomes.

• Proven track record as a Procurement / Supply Chain Manager within construction, engineering, or major infrastructure environments.
• Strong subject-matter expertise in procuring M&E packages.
• Demonstrable experience drafting, negotiating, and administering NEC3 contracts.
• End-to-end competitive tender process management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial negotiation skills.
