Job Title: Procurement Manager - MandELocation: Euston, London (Office-based with 1 day/week WFH)Day Rate: 500/day (Inside IR35)Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PMAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to join a major infrastructure project in Euston. In this role, you will lead the procurement of key mechanical and electrical (MandE) packages through competitive tender routes taking ownership from initial strategy and market engagement through to contract award and ongoing supplier management.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Leadership: Lead MandE procurement activity, collaborating closely with project, commercial, and engineering teams to align procurement strategies with project delivery schedules.Tender Management: Develop, issue, and manage full ITT documentation (including pre-qualification, tender instructions, contract drafting, pricing schedules, and evaluation criteria).Contract Negotiation: Structure and negotiate robust commercial and contractual terms using the NEC3 Contract Suite, delivering on safety, programme, and cost targets.Supplier Performance: Oversee supplier relationships and performance management utilising enterprise management systems.Governance and Best Practice: Ensure all procurement workflows comply with legal frameworks and corporate governance while driving continuous improvement across processes.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders ..... full job details .....
