Location: Wolverhampton
Hours: 07:00 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday 12:30 finish on a Friday

Salary: -50,000 + Commission

The Role

• Develop and implement procurement strategies.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and commercial agreements.
• Drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Manage supplier performance and relationships.
• Ensure material availability to support manufacturing operations.
• Optimise inventory levels and purchasing processes.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Support continuous improvement and ERP-driven procurement activities.

About You

• Proven Procurement Manager experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Track record of delivering measurable cost savings.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and contracts.
• Understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
• ERP system experience (Dynamics 365 desirable).
• CIPS qualification advantageous but not essential.
