Procurement ManagerLocation: MedwaySalary: £40,000 - £50,000Contract Type: Permanent, Full-TimeWe are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to take ownership of procurement activities across multiple construction projects. This is a key role responsible for managing subcontractor and supplier procurement, ensuring packages are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality and compliance standards. You will work closely with Commercial, Project and Site teams to deliver commercially successful projects and strengthen the supply chain.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end procurement process for subcontractor, consultant and supplier packagesManage procurement across multiple live and pre-construction projectsPrepare and issue tender enquiries, analyse returns and produce comparisonsNegotiate scope, rates, commercial terms and programme requirementsIdentify risks, gaps and exclusions prior to contract awardEnsure procurement aligns with project programmes and budgetsBuild strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractorsWork closely with QS, Project Managers and Site teamsMonitor procurement schedules and escalate risksIdentify cost-saving and value engineering opportunitiesRequirements:Proven procurement experience within the construction sectorStrong experience with subcontractor procurement packagesExperience with tendering and commercial negotiationAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong stakeholder and communication skillsHigh ..... full job details .....
