What You Will Do: ? Own purchasing of goods, materials and services to support day-to-day operations and project delivery.? Procure across multiple categories, including raw materials, direct site services and third-party contractors.? Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing and payment structures, to deliver value and continuity of service.? Lead the Junior Buyer and Stores team, driving performance, clarity and continuous improvement.? Build and execute procurement plans that align to outsourced vehicle conversion requirements.? Support supplier approval through risk assessments and audits within an ISO14001 Quality Management System. What You Will Bring: ? Experience in multi-category procurement, ideally with manufacturing or supply chain exposure.? Strong commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills.?
