      <description>Location: Leeds | Salary: &amp;pound;550/day | Type: Contract | We''re looking for a Procurement Manager for a public sector organisation, based in Leeds (hybrid), on an initial 6 month contract running to March 2027, paying up to -600 per day (Inside IR35).    This is a hybrid role with an expectation to attend the office in Leeds around 3 days a week. You can be work from Manchester or Blackpool as a location if it is more convenient.    The successful Procurement Manager will support both BAU external resource management and a strategic resourcing programme. You''ll run operational and programme-based procurement activity, manage supplier relationships and performance, and work closely with Legal, Finance and business stakeholders to keep procurement compliant.    You will need proven experience in the following:    End-to-end procurement and sourcing, with strong sourcing capability  Delivering procurements under the Procurement Act 2023 (PA2023) and PCR 2015  Contract management and strategic supplier engagement  Running further competitions through frameworks (CCS/GCF-style)  Business case development and working within governance processes  Building productive relationships across business areas and with external suppliers    The followi...</description>
