Procurement Manager (Facilities Management / Healthcare) - Royal Derby areaA leading UK infrastructure and facilities delivery organisation is seeking a Procurement Manager to support a major healthcare / FM programme. This is a permanent role aligned to a high-profile hospital project, working closely with operational, project and commercial stakeholders to deliver compliant, best-value procurement outcomes across projects and categories. Location / working pattern:Onsite 5 days per week for the first 3 months (project mobilisation / embedding phase)Then hybrid: typically 2 days from home (pattern to be agreed)Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end procurement activity across facilities management / healthcare categories and project requirementsDeliver procurement for projects and packages (from sourcing strategy through tendering, evaluation, negotiation and award)Support category procurement activity, ensuring commercial value, compliance and supplier performanceBuild and manage tender lists, run market engagement, prepare enquiry packs, manage clarifications, and produce award recommendationsDrive supply chain management: supplier relationship management, performance reviews, risk management and continuous improvementPartner with operational and project teams to align procurement delivery to programme, timelines, and service requirementsMaintain visibility of procurement pipeline activity, reporting progress, risks, opportunities and savings/value outcomesJob ..... full job details .....
