Procurement Manager

The Beal Group is looking to appoint a Procurement Manager to support sourcing and supply chain excellence across its operations. This role will ensure the Group has access to quality materials and services at competitive prices while building robust supplier relationships to support strategic growth.-
Position Summary-
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the Beal Group receives quality materials and services at competitive prices. The role will support all divisions within the group and maintain alignment with operational and strategic business needs.-
Key Responsibilities-

Develop and execute procurement strategies for materials and services.-

Manage supplier performance, including quality, cost, and delivery.-

Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure optimal terms.-

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with planning and production teams.-

Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to inform sourcing decisions.-

Ensure procurement activities comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements.-

Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to support business continuity and innovation.-
Key Skills & Experience-

Proven experience in procurement, ideally within a manufacturing or textile environment.-
