Copello are currently looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a growing Project Procurement team supporting major infrastructure and engineering programmes across the UK & Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting bid activity, supplier sourcing, subcontract management and procurement transformation within a leading engineering organisation. Key Responsibilities include Manage end-to-end sourcing and subcontracting activities. Lead supplier selection, onboarding and competitive tender processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP). Draft and negotiate supplier agreements, working closely with commercial teams. Support major bids and mobilisation of new contract awards. Develop supplier scopes and ensure compliance with IR35, sustainability and social value requirements. Provide procurement guidance and best practice to project teams and stakeholders.
