Procurement Manager ConstructionScotstoun Based (Hybrid) 60.69 an hour Umbrella Inside IR35 12 Month Contract initially. This is a great opportunity to work within one of the Uks leading Defence Organisations based in Scotstoun. Hybrid working 2-3 days per week on site. There is also a Senior Procurement Professional (Construction) role available if this manager role is not quite suitable. The Senior role is 47.12 per hour Umbrella Inside IR35. 12 month Contract. Core Duties Manage end-to-end procurement processes for assigned packages, including preparation of tender documentation, tender evaluation, supplier negotiations and contract award recommendations. Support the delivery of sourcing and procurement activities across infrastructure construction and capital projects. Provide procurement and commercial support to project teams to ensure procurement activities align with programme requirements, budgets and business objectives. Assist in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies within established category and business frameworks. Management of commercial, contractual and supply chain risks throughout the procurement lifecycle. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and contractors. Administer and manage contracts and framework agreements, ensuring supplier performance is monitored and contractual obligations are met.
