This includes sourcing raw materials and packaging, negotiating supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and delivering cost efficiencies while maintaining product quality and supply continuity.Duties:Procurement and SourcingDevelop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectivesSource and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, ingredients, and packagingNegotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements to achieve best valueSupplier ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key suppliersMonitor supplier performance against KPIs (quality, cost, delivery)Conduct regular supplier reviews and auditsCost ManagementIdentify and deliver cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safetyMonitor commodity markets and manage price fluctuationsPrepare and manage procurement budgets and forecastsFood Safety and ComplianceEnsure all suppliers meet relevant food safety and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, BRC, ISO)Maintain full traceability of materials in line with regulatory requirementsSupport internal and external auditsSupply Chain CoordinationWork closely with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure material availabilityManage inventory levels, minimising ..... full job details .....
