What''s the role?The Procurement Manager role forms part of the wider Switchgear Procurement structure and will report directly to the Switchgear Procurement Director. The role will support the execution of both day-to-day operational supply chain activities and the wider strategic procurement objectives across the BRUSH Switchgear businesses.The position will ensure alignment between site operational requirements and procurement strategy, including supplier management, cost reduction, supply chain risk mitigation, inventory optimisation, supplier performance, and standardisation initiatives across the business.Working closely with Operations, Services, Engineering, Quality, and Finance, the role will drive operational delivery while supporting long-term procurement transformation, supplier development, and business growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Manage all the buyers to source the right products, materials, and services. closely monitor demand and continuously manage the supply chain performance.Manage supplier manufacturing cycles on ..... full job details .....
