Key Responsibilities Lead procurement activities for M&E packages and align procurement strategy with project requirements. Manage tender processes, including ITT preparation, supplier engagement, evaluation, and contract award. Negotiate commercial and contractual terms under the NEC3 Contract Suite. Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to deliver project objectives. Ensure procurement activities comply with governance and legal requirements.
