Procurement Manager

Location: Euston, London (Office-based with 1 day WFH)
Hours: 8:00am - 5:30pm
Contract: Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to support a major infrastructure project, leading the procurement of key Mechanical & Electrical packages from strategy development through to contract award and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for M&E packages and align procurement strategy with project requirements.
• Manage tender processes, including ITT preparation, supplier engagement, evaluation, and contract award.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms under the NEC3 Contract Suite.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to deliver project objectives.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with governance and legal requirements.
• Drive supplier performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven procurement experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or M&E environments.
• Strong knowledge of competitive tendering and contract negotiation.
• Experience working with NEC contracts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial awareness
