Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you''ll lead complex tendering and commercial projects, provide expert advice to senior stakeholders, develop procurement policy, and ensure compliance with procurement legislation. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: A degree or equivalent professional qualification (ideally CIPS Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience. Significant experience leading complex public or private sector procurement projects. Strong knowledge of procurement legislation, including PCR 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023.
