The organisation is entering a new strategic phase and evolving its Supplier Relationship Management approach, making this an excellent time to join and shape best practice alongside the broader procurement team.The successful individual will partner at a senior leadership level, primarily supporting technology and data stakeholders while also contributing across wider corporate services.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end strategic procurement activity across IT and services spendAct as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders including SLC and C-SuiteDeliver compliant tender processes in line with Public Procurement RegulationsLead commercial negotiations and drive measurable valueDevelop and embed Supplier Relationship Management practicesSupport contract management, supplier oversight and performance governanceEnsure procurement policy compliance and robust management informationRequirements 10 years'' procurement experience upwards with strong end-to-end capabilitySound knowledge of Public Procurement Regulations (PCR2015 / PA23) and frameworksProven experience ..... full job details .....
