Job Description: As part of this role you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering sourcing and contracting solutions for a major 10 year+ investment programme in the North West. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external professional partners, you will develop and manage robust procurement strategies that balance commercial value, risk, and long term business objectives .
