Materials, Manufacturing and Capex Procurement Delivery

group, you will shape and embed a global approach to

Category Management . This is a senior, strategic role where you will:Define and lead the

Category Management framework

across Global Procurement.Develop best practices, processes, and tools that enable excellence in category strategy development and execution.Act as a

subject matter expert , coach and enabler — working closely with procurement managers and stakeholders across functions, business units, and geographies.Ensure alignment with the overall procurement strategy, digital initiatives, and business priorities.Drive adoption, capability building, and continuous improvement across the procurement community.Who You AreWe are looking for an experienced procurement leader who brings:10+ years’ experience

in global procurement, with expertise in

strategic sourcing and category management .A strong track record in

leading procurement transformation , building frameworks, and enabling adoption across large organisations.Experience working in a

matrix, global environment , ideally with exposure to manufacturing, materials, or capex categories.Familiarity with

digital procurement platforms
