Copello are recruiting for an experienced Procurement Lead to join a growing Project Procurement team supporting major infrastructure and engineering bids across the UK &amp; Ireland.  This is a strategic role where you''ll work closely with bid and capture teams to develop procurement strategies, build supply chain solutions and lead commercial engagement with suppliers and partners throughout the work-winning lifecycle.   Key Responsibilities     Lead procurement and supply chain strategy for major bids and pursuits.   Develop partnering, teaming and workshare agreements.   Drive supplier engagement, selection and subcontracting activities.   Support make/buy decisions and supply chain design.   Work closely with commercial teams on contracting models and negotiations.   Champion procurement best practice and support procurement transformation across the business.
