The Procurement Lead will take ownership of designated commodities, managing and developing supplier relationships to ensure consistent performance across Cost, Quality and Delivery . The role will play a key part in driving supplier performance, supporting business objectives, and ensuring the effective delivery of procurement strategies. Key Responsibilities: Supplier Selection & Sourcing: Identify and select new suppliers in line with commodity strategies, ensuring appropriate capability, capacity and commercial alignment. Commercial Negotiation & Contracting: Manage RFQs, pricing and lead-time requests, negotiate commercial terms, and award new supplier contracts in line with New Product Introduction (NPI) requirements.
