Procurement Lead

Amour Recruitment is seeking a confident and strategic Procurement Lead to join our esteemed client based in Waterlooville.

This is a perfect opportunity for a proactive procurement professional with a background in Purchasing and Buying, ready to lead and develop a dynamic procurement function.

As the cornerstone of supply chain excellence, you will manage supplier relationships, develop procurement strategies, and oversee purchasing activities across various divisions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day procurement activities across the business.
• Develop and maintain effective supplier partnerships.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective supply of materials and services.
• Drive supplier performance and procurement improvements.
• Support operational and project requirements through effective purchasing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, ideally within office and professional sectors
• Strong supplier relationship management and negotiation capabilities
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems

Hours: 8:30-17:30 Monday to Friday

Salary:--40,000 to -55,000 Depending on Experience
