We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Graduate to help deliver high impact projects that make a real difference. The Lidl Procurement Graduate programme allows you to dive into a variety of complex and rewarding projects, learning how to manage timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations. From supplier negotiations to process optimisation, you''ll gain experience in managing your own projects. You''ll follow a structured 23-month training programme, designed to build your expertise and confidence as a future Procurement specialist. With on the job coaching and exposure to real world challenges, you''ll develop the skills to lead projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
