Production Procurement ExecutiveLocation: Erith, KentSalary: 30,000 - 40,000 depending on experienceHours: Monday to Friday (Office and Factory Based)Excellent benefits and long-term career progression opportunitiesAbout the RoleWe are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Procurement Executive to join a growing food manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or production coordination experience who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced FMCG environment.Working closely with Production, Warehouse, Quality and Finance teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely supply of raw materials, packaging and production consumables required to support daily manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPurchasing and Supply ManagementPurchase raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials and production consumables in line with production requirements.Monitor stock levels and maintain material availability to support uninterrupted production.Raise and manage purchase orders through SAP or ERP systems.Coordinate supplier deliveries and ensure materials arrive on time.Resolve supplier shortages, delays and quality issues promptly.Maintain accurate purchasing records, pricing information and supplier data.Production CoordinationLiaise closely with Production Planning and Warehouse teams to support manufacturing schedules.Assist with inventory management to minimise waste and excess ..... full job details .....
