The Role
As Procurement CoE Manager, you''ll lead key strategic initiatives that enhance global procurement performance, ensure data-driven decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining global procurement reporting systems and KPIs
Leading procurement cost-saving and performance tracking initiatives
Managing global supplier compliance and due diligence processes
Supporting strategic decision-making through accurate data and insights
Acting as a change agent and internal consultant on procurement best practices
Scope
Operates across multiple regions and countries globally
Cross-functional collaboration with procurement, finance, supply chain, and operations
No direct reports but high-level stakeholder influence
Key Requirements
Essential:
Experience in procurement operations, tools, and compliance
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and procurement systems
Understanding of global manufacturing or supply chain environments
Desirable:
Experience working within a global procurement function
Power BI reporting capability
Professional qualifications (CIPS, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
