Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), and purchase orders. Source and evaluate suppliers based on technical capability, quality, cost, and delivery performance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and strategic partners. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and framework agreements. Technical Evaluation Review engineering specifications, drawings, and material requisitions. Conduct technical and commercial evaluation of supplier quotations. Liaise with engineering teams to ensure materials and equipment meet project requirements and applicable standards. Resolve technical clarifications and manage supplier deviations where applicable. Contract and Order Management Prepare procurement recommendations and award summaries. Monitor purchase orders from placement through delivery and close-out. Track supplier performance and expedite critical deliveries.
