Assist with the implementation of sourcing strategies to support programme delivery. Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely supply of goods and services. Source ad hoc requirements and manage purchase requisitions. Supplier & Contract Management Support supplier identification, prequalification and evaluation activities. Coordinate supplier onboarding processes, including confidentiality agreements and commercial terms. Prepare supplier performance data and support supplier development initiatives. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure continuity of supply, innovation and value creation. Assist with the development and monitoring of supplier performance measures. Support contract award processes and contract administration activities. Coordinate contract correspondence, notices and claims documentation where required.
