Procurement Coordinator Key Responsibilities

• Raise and manage purchase orders in the Prophet ERP system

• Liaise with growers to confirm volumes, varieties, and arrival dates

• Maintain accurate load plans and arrivals data

• Collaborate with logistics and planning to ensure strong stock visibility

• Support pricing models, grower returns, and invoice processing

• Contribute to process improvements across procurement systems

Procurement Coordinator Key Requirements

• Strong organisational skills with confidence working with numbers and data
• Exposure to procurement, supply chain, or commercial support - ideally within Fresh Produce
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Prophet experience is advantageous) 
• Clear communicator with strong relationship-building skills 
• Proactive and collaborative, with a problem-solving mindset
