A globally renowned hospitality brand is seeking a meticulous and highly organised FFandamp;E Procurement Coordinator to join their dynamic design team. Known for delivering imaginative and immersive spaces, the team oversees bespoke hospitality projects across Europe, the Middle East, and the US. As the company enters an exciting growth phase, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to iconic projects while supporting expansion into new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage FFandamp;E andamp; Construction orders, invoicing, and supplier coordination.
Oversee logistics, shipping, and import/export documentation.
Coordinate installations, resolve delivery issues, and support snagging.
Maintain project schedules, budgets, cash flow, and reconcile costs.
Assist with supplier sourcing, account setups, and compliance documentation.
Manage inventory and studio storage organisation.
Experience andamp; Skills:
3+ years'' experience in procurement, logistics, or finance (interiors/hospitality sector preferred).
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Strong understanding of procurement and logistics processes.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and project coordination skills.
Effective communicator with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
