Category Manager (IT/Tech focus) London Bridge £63,800 to £75,000, depending on experience Hyde is looking for a Category Manager to join our collaborative and values-driven team. As a Category Manager at Hyde, you will lead procurement activity across the IT/Tech category, ensuring purchasing decisions deliver value for money, quality and compliance with public sector procurement regulations. You will manage the full procurement lifecycle, from market engagement and tendering through to supplier selection, contract negotiation and ongoing performance management. Key Duties Develop and manage procurement plans for IT/Tech products and services, using market insight to identify opportunities for savings and added value. Lead compliant tendering and procurement processes, including preparing tender documents, managing competitive bidding and supporting supplier selection. Analyse spend, supplier performance and procurement practices to identify efficiencies and improve contract outcomes. Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, ensuring agreed quality, service and delivery standards are achieved.
