We are seeking a talented and driven Procurement Category Manager to take ownership of a key global category and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering its strategy. The Role You will be responsible for managing a global category, working closely with senior leadership, operations, and other global teams to develop, implement, and continuously improve the category strategy. The position involves end-to-end supplier management, from sourcing decisions and contract negotiations to performance monitoring and risk mitigation. Key responsibilities include: Developing, implementing, and refining the global category strategy in alignment with organisational goals. Leading supplier evaluations, directing supplier strategy, and negotiating complex, high-value contracts. Managing supplier performance through robust KPIs, supplier review processes, and improvement plans. Supporting NPD projects to ensure timely and cost-effective launches.
