Responsibilities

Developing, implementing, and refining the global category strategy in alignment with organisational goals.

Leading supplier evaluations, directing supplier strategy, and negotiating complex, high-value contracts.

Managing supplier performance through robust KPIs, supplier review processes, and improvement plans.

Supporting NPD projects to ensure timely and cost-effective launches.

Identifying and delivering cost reduction initiatives while safeguarding quality and supply continuity.

Driving cross-functional collaboration to optimise supplier relationships and manufacturing processes.

Ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications

5+ years of procurement experience within manufacturing.

Proven ability to lead complex projects, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable results.

Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier relationship management skills.

Experience working in a complex structure and collaborating across multiple business functions.

The Offer

£45,000 - £55,000 and benefits package DOE.
