Location: London (2-3 days onsite) Contract Length: 6-Months initially Rate: Up to £400 a day Inside IR35 A newly established national healthcare organisation is seeking a Procurement andamp; Commercial Business Partner to support the delivery of a wide range of procurement and commercial activities during a significant period of organisational growth Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop procurement strategies. Lead end-to-end procurement activity from planning through to contract award. Support procurements across digital, technology, healthcare services, consultancy and professional services. Develop tender documentation, evaluation criteria and commercial assessments. Manage supplier engagement, negotiations and contract mobilisation activities. Ensure procurement activity is delivered in line with public sector procurement regulations and governance requirements. Support the development of procurement processes, templates and reporting. Essential Experience Experience delivering end-to-end procurement activity within the NHS, public sector or a regulated environment. Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills. Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations and frameworks. Experience supporting digital, technology and/or professional services procurements. Strong commercial awareness and supplier management capability. Ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously. ..... full job details .....
