Procurement Business Partner

An experienced Procurement Business Partner is required to provide specialist procurement support across a UK-wide portfolio of construction, design and build, and capital projects.
This role will lead complex procurement activity from pre-qualification and competitive tendering through to supplier mobilisation and contract management, working closely with project stakeholders to deliver value for money, compliance and strong commercial outcomes.
The Role
As the Procurement Business Partner, you''ll:

• Lead procurement for construction, design and build, and capital projects across the UK.
• Manage PQQs, competitive tenders, supplier evaluation and selection processes.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support effective contract management and risk mitigation.
• Lead supplier mobilisation, assurance and ongoing contractual governance activities.
• Partner with project stakeholders to develop effective procurement strategies and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, quality and commercial performance.
• Ensure procurement activity delivers value for money and meets compliance requirements.

About You
To be successful as the Procurement Business Partner, you''ll have:

• Significant procurement experience across construction, projects and design and build environments.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of NEC4 contracts.
• Proven experience managing PQQs, complex tenders and supplier selection processes.
• Experience supporting capital projects and construction project delivery.
• Strong commercial awareness with contract management and risk mitigation expertise.
• Knowledge of construction methods, technology and standard forms of measurement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all organisational levels.
