This role will play a key part in ensuring organisational compliance with the Procurement Act 2023, leading on procurement reporting requirements, stakeholder engagement, and the publication of procurement notices across the full procurement life cycle.Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you''ll help embed best practice, improve transparency, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with evolving public procurement legislation.Your new role Lead the development and implementation of processes to ensure compliance with the Procurement Act 2023.Manage procurement reporting requirements and publication of statutory notices.Provide expert advice, guidance and training to internal stakeholders.Build strong relationships across the organisation to ensure regulatory obligations are met.Analyse procurement data, identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement governance and assurance activities.What you''ll need to succeed You must have completed the TPP qualification as an essential requirement with a higher preference on a deep-dive courseKnowledge of Public Contracts Regulations ..... full job details .....
