Our client, a prominent player in the procurement supply chain industry, is seeking a highly motivated Procurement Associate to join their dynamic team on a fixed-term basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, coordinate, and complete the P2P sourcing process in the SAP Procurement system in compliance with SDS Procurement Global Guide
- Complete procurement-related tasks assigned by procurement category leads
- Support sales and relevant internal stakeholders to complete sourcing
- Assist with procurement month-end close
- Prepare documents for internal and external audits
- Provide weekly procurement updates
- Handle ad hoc procurement-related tasks
Job Requirements:
- Experience in using SAP and ERP systems
- Understanding of procurement processes and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom
