It''s a busy and varied role which supports the Procurement, Finance and Operational teams. You''ll play a key role in stock reporting and controls, supplier reconciliations, rebates, pricing and catalogue management, while helping to resolve queries and improve processes across the business. Key responsibilities Produce and analyse monthly stock and procurement reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Manage supplier reconciliations, pricing data, rebate accruals and claims. Maintain accurate supplier, product and catalogue data, including price file uploads and new part setup. Support stock controls, vehicle stock requests, audits, transfers and leaver processes.
