An established organisation in Bradford is looking for a proactive Procurement Assistant to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to support procurement operations, supplier management, and compliance processes, all within a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for assigned categories
• Support supplier on-boarding and relationship management
• Maintain compliance records and contract administration
• Conduct spend analysis and support procurement reporting
• Provide administrative and system support to the wider team

About You:

• Existing experience in procurement or buying
• Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
• Good understanding of procurement principles and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Able to work independently and liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Must be able to commute to Bradford 2 days per week

Desirable:

• Degree in a relevant field and experience with contract management systems
• Knowledge of value-add procurement, social value, and category savings
