Procurement and State Aid AssociateTake this opportunity to join a Top 20 international firm in its leading Birmingham Procurement team, working on some of the UK''s most complex and high-profile Public Procurement matters.If you''re a 2-5 PQE lawyer looking to advance your career in a supportive and welcoming environment, this is your chance to grow in a L500-ranked firm alongside highly renowned legal professionals.RoleThis firm is looking for a 2-5 years PQE Solicitor to join a leading department specialising in Public Procurement and Subsidy Control Law.The role offers the opportunity to advise on a diverse portfolio of Procurement and EU State Aid matters within a well-established Competition team.You will advise on the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, and the new Procurement Act 2023. Ideally, you will also have had exposure to UK subsidy control and EU State aid law, as well as broader trade-related matters.Alongside this, you will work alongside experienced professionals across the UK and internationally, supporting both public and private sector clients.
