Procurement and Logistics CoordinatorLocation: Tyne and Wear (Hybrid)We are looking for a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to support purchasing, supply chain and logistics activities within a fast-paced technical environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage procurement of materials, equipment and services.Source suppliers, obtain quotations and raise purchase orders.Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.Coordinate UK and international freight movements.Manage shipping and customs documentation.Support project teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.Assist with inventory control, asset tracking and process improvements.Requirements:Previous experience within Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain or Logistics.Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.Experience coordinating deliveries and freight movements.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Experience within engineering, manufacturing, industrial or technical sectors is advantageous.To be considered, please submit your CV outlining your relevant procurement, purchasing or logistics experience. ..... full job details .....
