Procurement and Contract ManagerLocation: Sutton (Hybrid Working)Salary: c.£49-52K + excellent benefits Contract: Permanent Full-TimeAbout the RoleA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Procurement and Contract Manager to join an established, multi-site public sector organisation.This is a key role within a small and collaborative procurement function, where you will support the delivery of strategic procurement initiatives and lead on a wide range of projects, particularly across Estates and Facilities Management, including capital works.This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to attend the Sutton head office a minimum of three days per week, alongside occasional travel to sites across London and the South East, full driving license essential.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of procurement strategy, policies, and best practiceLead end-to-end procurement activity, including formal tender processes (ITTs)Manage procurement across Estates and Facilities, including capital works projectsDevelop and maintain a Preferred Supplier ListEnsure effective contract management, monitoring performance against SLAs and KPIsDeliver value for money, cost savings, and service improvementsConduct benchmarking, spend analysis, and due diligenceBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliersIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunitiesAbout YouProven experience in public sector procurement and contract managementStrong ..... full job details .....
