The role will focus specifically on the Private Rented Sector (PRS) side of the service, with responsibility for sourcing and securing suitable accommodation and supporting effective relationships with landlords, letting agents and other property providers. We are looking for an experienced candidate with a strong background in accommodation procurement within the PRS , alongside excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
