Procurement and Accounts Administrator
Are you someone who has a varied background in procurement and accounts administration and likes a busy and varied role with nice working hours, then this could be for you. The position is based in Bishop''s Stortford and is on site every day so ideally you will be local too.ResponsibilitiesThe role is to provide procurement admin, accounts admin and general admin to the business.Managing supplier relationshipsSourcing goods from UK suppliers ensuring best value and qualityDevelop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing suppliersResolve any supplier queries, delivery discrepencies and invoice mismatchesSupport supplier onboarding, background checks, account paperworkIdentify cost saving opportunity and process improvementAnswering and managing all incoming callsMaintaining the PO systemProcessing purchase invoices, matching to POsReconciling customer statements against Sage and resolving discrepenciesAssisting the Company Secretary and Board members with general adminManaging the administration of the company credit cardStationery ordering and managementPosting journals onto SageRequirementsYou will need to have proven procurement or supply chain experience on the purchase side with a good understanding of the processesAccounts Admin and general admin experienceExcellent customer service experienceConfident on the telephoneHighly organisedExperience using Sage and Microsoft officeAutonomousBenefitsNice working hours, 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday and ..... full job details .....
