Procurement Analyst London (Hybrid) 12-month FTC £60,000 - £80,000My client, an international business based in the city of London, are currently looking for a commercially-minded Procurement Analyst to join the team for a 12-month FTC. This role will focus on software procurement, licence management, commercial analysis, and cost optimisation across the business.Role and Responsibilities:Manage and analyse software expenditure across the organisationCreate greater transparency and control over software costs, renewals, and audit exposureIdentify opportunities for cost savings and licence optimisationLead vendor negotiations to secure favourable commercial termsManage software renewals and ensure compliance with licensing agreementsSupport finance teams with accurate reporting, forecasting, and audit preparationMonitor and investigate procurement, licensing, or system-related issuesWork closely with internal stakeholders across finance, technology, and operationsAssist with procurement process improvements and commercial governance activitiesSkills and Experience:Previous experience in procurement, commercial analysis, or software asset managementStrong background managing software spend and vendor relationshipsExperience negotiating software contracts and commercial agreementsStrong analytical and reporting skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to identify commercial risks and cost-saving opportunitiesAdvanced Excel and reporting capabilityStrong communication ..... full job details .....
