Procurement Analyst (6 Month FTC)

TransUnion''s Job Applicant Privacy Notice Team OverviewThe Procurement team supports the business in the onboarding, management, and governance of third-party suppliers, while helping ensure compliance, risk management, and cost efficiency across vendor engagements. The team partners closely with stakeholders across Finance, Compliance, Legal, and business functions to oversee supplier selection, contract management, and procurement processes.This role reports into the Procurement Manager. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing and supplier engagementAssist with procurement administration tasks, such as documentation and coordinationWork with internal stakeholders to support procurement activities and ensure timely deliveryContribute to supplier management and procurement operations as requiredRequired Knowledge And ExperiencesPrevious experience in procurement administration or support rolesExposure to end-to-end sourcing/procurement lifecycle is desirableExperience with procurement systems, ideally CoupaStrong communication skillsProactive and results-driven attitude with a willingness to get things doneWhat''s in it for you?At TransUnion you will be joining a friendly, forward thinking global business.
