Procurement & Warehouse Assistant

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Procurement & Warehousing Assistant to join a growing and dynamic organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong administrative, purchasing, and inventory management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing goods and obtaining supplier quotations.
• Raise purchase orders and monitor deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier documentation.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
• Organise and maintain warehouse storage areas to support efficient stock control.
• Carry out regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare and issue materials to support operational requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety standards, and warehouse best practices.
• Provide general administrative support for procurement and warehouse operations.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, stores, warehousing, or inventory control.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with inventory management or ERP systems (advantageous).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A valid forklift licence would be beneficial but is not essential.
