Communicate performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Lead complex negotiations and resolve supplier issues. Drive cost savings, value creation , and risk mitigation. Foster strong supplier partnerships and innovation. Initiate supplier and other improvement activities/opportunities and provide results for integration into contracting strategies. Define requirements that align and reflect the needs of the Vertical Lift programme. Execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
