Role: Procurement AgentLocation: Gosport( hybrid- 3 days onsite)Duration: 12 monthsRate: NeogtiableInside IR35 As a member of the Procurement team, the responsibilities include:Ensure that StandardAero performance and contractual/procurement strategies align to the needs of both the Vertical Lift programme and the wider business.Communicate performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration.Lead complex negotiations and resolve supplier issues.Drive cost savings, value creation , and risk mitigation.Foster strong supplier partnerships and innovation. Initiate supplier and other improvement activities/opportunities and provide results for integration into contracting strategies.Define requirements that align and reflect the needs of the Vertical Lift programme.Execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.Manage supplier/subcontractor performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performanceBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): The successful candidate will need to be adaptable and a creative problem solver with the ability to liaise and work alongside a number of functional subject areas to help develop and form the strategic supply chain approach to support the programme.High attention to detail and consistent track record to lead multiple, contending priorities simultaneously.
