This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative, communication and stakeholder management skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing high-quality support to a wide range of service users.Working as part of a collaborative team, you will be responsible for providing accurate information, advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on procurement-related services, procedures and policies. You will act as a key point of contact, liaising between service users and operational teams to ensure queries and requests are handled efficiently and professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide information, advice and guidance on procurement services, processes and activities.Respond to enquiries from managers and staff, using appropriate communication methods tailored to different audiences.Assess queries and identify appropriate solutions, escalating or referring more complex matters where necessary.Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and service users.Research policies, procedures, regulations and procurement practices to provide accurate and informed advice.Maintain an up-to-date understanding of procurement processes, industry developments and relevant ..... full job details .....
