Process/Project Engineer

Are you an experienced Project Engineer with CNC programming experience with a technical understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes employed in producing company products? Do you have experience within the plastics manufacturing industry? GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a globally successful and highly recognisable manufacturer located in Droitwich. We are recruiting on their behalf for a Project Engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent contract. This is a full time, permanent position working Monday Friday 08:00am 17:00pm offering a salary of £35K, negotiable pending relevant experience. The Project / Process Engineer is responsible for managing the New Product Introduction lifecycle, from initial component design to final customer approval, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes and high-quality product output. The successful candidate will work closely with toolmakers, customers, and internal teams to develop and optimize processes that align with customer specifications and industry standards and will also be responsible for supporting Manufacturing Operations in their daily activities, resolving tooling and equipment issues. Previous experience with plastic components is highly desirable.
