Processing Operative/ Loading Shovel Driver

We''re looking for a Processing Operative to join our team in Newton Abbot, helping to produce high-quality mineral products used in industries around the world. This is a hands-on role where safety, teamwork and reliability matter. You''ll spend much of your shift operating a loading shovel and production equipment, keeping materials moving efficiently through the process while helping us meet production targets safely and effectively. Description Operating loading shovel and plant equipment safely and efficiently Running shredding, blending and milling processes Carrying out routine equipment checks and inspections Completing pre-start safety checks Identifying and reporting equipment defects Supporting basic maintenance activities Maintaining high housekeeping standards across the site Working closely with production and maintenance colleagues Helping us achieve production targets without compromising safety or quality The Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday only Rotating weekly shifts: 6:00am - 2:00pm 2:00pm - 10:00pm No regular weekend working ..... full job details .....
